Using the integrated loudspeaker our controllers can verbally engage with intruders live from our RMC, no fake pre-recorded messages here. In most cases this very loud, personalised and rather surprising announcement forces the intruder to scarper.
The battery bank has enough capacity to last up to 120 hours. Even if the unit is powered by a generator during normal working hours, there is plenty of juice in the system to last a long bank holiday weekend and of course overnight.
All Vulture trailers are equipped with an extensive battery backup in the event of a power failure. Our automated system instantly switches from mains supply to battery power (and informs the RMC it has done so) meaning zero down time.
Our solar systems provide an additional power source that boosts the battery backup and prolongs the amount of time a Vulture can run self-sufficiently. In the summer it’s even possible for our units to last for months on solar alone, increasing their practicality and decreasing their carbon footprint.

Urban units are intended for customer facing environments and interior spaces, rather than vast outdoor spaces or building sites. Like the Site Box and original Vulture trailer, it contains all the same high-tech security solutions and delivers the same end to end service, but has this time been moulded into a retail friendly shape. On top of its tough steel shell sits a premium PTZ, that is both highly functional and friendly looking, providing its signature robot motif. Designed for interior installations, it also contains some extra interactive resources, one of which being the integrated smoke cannon, that can fill a room with a thick white fog within just a few seconds. Our Urban units look professional on the outside and really mean business inside.
